We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist on the Main Line so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Insurance and Billing

We work with most traditional insurance plans and we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Your dental insurance is a business relationship and contract between your employer and the insurance company. We do not have a say in what they cover or do not cover. Nor do we have a say in how much they will pay for a service. Therefore you are responsible for the fee for services rendered in our office.

Our promise to you is that we will do our best to maximize your dental benefits.

We offer flexible payment plans for more extensive and involved treatment plans and dental implant work . Please speak with Justine for details to work out a reasonable payment schedule for these types of situations

Payment and Financing Options

Ultimately you are responsible for your dental treatment. We are sensitive to fees for the services we perform and try to keep our fees very reasonable for the level and type of services we provide. If you do not have dental insurance, or your dental insurance does not cover your particular procedure, we will work with you to arrange a convenient payment plan that is reasonable for both you and us. We gladly accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card as payment in full.

We also work with 2 outside HealthCare credit card financing companies: Care Credit and Lending Club, that provide medical financing for the necessary dental care that you need and offer up to 12 months interest free financing for more involved dental care and procedures.
