Failing Dental Implants / Peri-Implantitis

The latest dental research shows that approximately 40% of dental implants fail after 5 years. The FDA-approved Fotona LightWalker® Laser is ideal for the repair and healing of failing dental implants caused by Peri-Implantiits.

The Fotona Laser allows Dr. Vito to disinfect and decontaminate both the gum tissue and surrounding bone around the failing dental implant, as well as the dental threads, so that repair of the soft tissue and surrounding bone can occur thus saving both the dental implant and the dental implant restoration. This procedure can be complete with precise accuracy with minimal bleeding and post-operative pain and discomfort.

Endodontics

Root canal procedures with the FDA approved Fotona Laser can now more accurately and precisely remove all the diseased nerve tissue more thoroughly than through conventional root canal procedures. The Fotona Laser penetrating beam thoroughly cleans and debrides the infected tissue within the root canal, as well as decontaminates dentinal walls by eliminating bacteria buildup. This results in more complete and asymptomatic root canal procedures with minimal to no post-operative pain or discomfort.
